Before returning or replacing the solar floodlight, please perform the following checks:
- Rotate the sensor head, then return to its default position. This can help “reset” the PIR sensor.
- Ensure the ‘Off(O)/ On(I) / Test🔍 Control’ is set to On(I) position.
- Turn the ‘Sensitivity’ dial to medium.
- Ensure that the panel cord’s male connector is firmly pushed into fixture’s port all the way (may require some force).
Finally, try turning the fixture “Off(O) for 3-7 days. This will allow the solar panel enough time to collect sunshine. This will let the battery build up sufficient charge for full brightness at night.
If all of the above fails, please initiate a return of the product. You may return the product directly to KODA or you can return the unit directly to the retailer (subject to retailer’s return policy).
