How does the solar panel adjust?

The solar floodlight comes with a solar panel that has an articulating mount. There are two basic methods for adjusting the solar panel:

1. Before mounting the solar panel: hold the base with one hand and adjust the panel with the other. It will take some force to move, but it will adjust this way.
2. After mounting the solar panel: use both hands to move the panel. (This may be the easiest of the two methods for most users.)
