I plugged my phone into the USB-C accessory port, but it’s not charging. What do I do?

Certain models of phones (especially iPhones) and other devices require protocol
communication from the charging device. Unfortunately, there is no fix for this protocol issue;
some devices simply will not work with the Tower Work Light.
