Unfortunately the Bentham Outdoor Single Pendant Light has no built-in mechanism to control the lantern’s orientation (I.E. control the lantern so its corners or glass panels face a certain way).
If controlling orientation is a concern, consider attaching three or four smaller chains (by other) to the lantern’s top loop. This counter-balancing effect should help keep the lantern facing the way you want (and return it to the default position when moved by wind.) These support chains should ideally suspend from points distant from the center chain, and consider giving them some slack (or droop) for a decorative effect (for inspiration, see the United State’s White House lantern here).
Unfortunately, we can not provide any further instructions on how to install such a counter-balance system.
