Can Pro Series Ceiling Lights be mounted in sheet rock without a junction box? Can they come in contact with insulation?

Pro Series Ceiling Lights must be used with an electrical outlet box (ceiling box). We advise NOT to install without a ceiling box. Fixtures should not come in contact with insulation due to fire hazard. If a junction box (ceiling box) does not exist, please contact a qualified electrician for installation.
