Do I have to replace the whole fixture or is there a bulb that can be replaced?

The bulbs can be replaced. The KODA Thomas uses three replaceable candelabra-style LED bulbs, so when a bulb reaches the end of its life you can simply replace that bulb instead of the entire fixture. A socket ring tool is included to make this easy.
