The light comes on for no apparent reason, what do I do?

There could be a couple reasons why the Koda Motion Activated LED Floodlight may not function correctly:

• There is motion you may not be aware of occurring in the detection zone.
  • Depending on the angle of the detector, it could be picking up movement from objects such as trees, traffic, etc. Try re-aiming the detector.
    
    
• The light fixture is wired through a dimmer or timer.
  • Do not use a dimmer or timer to control the light fixture. Replace the dimmer or timer with a standard on/off wall switch.
