My Solar LED Rock Spotlight set does not work. What should I do?

If your Solar LED Rock Spotlight with External Solar Panel is not turning on at night, please try the following:

[1] Rock lights will only come on at night. They will be off during the day. Observe if lights are turning on at night.

[2] Ensure that the control switch (located on the back of the solar panel) is pushed all the way to the right or left.

[3] Ensure the solar panel is receiving at least four hours of DIRECT sunlight during the day (and not in shadows most of the day).

[4] Switch to the OFF position, and move Rock Light to an area where it gets direct and consistent sunlight. Allow it to charge for 2-3 days. Then, switch light ON (to either 3000K or 5000K) and observe the light at night.

[5] You might have a defective battery. Purchase a rechargeable 186500 size 3.2V 1500mAh Li-ion type battery.

[6] If all else fails, return your Rock Light to the retailer (most likely Costco if you are in Japan).
