The rock lights have a water-shedding design, so once most of the water is expelled, it should work fine again. Turn the lights OFF from the solar panel, and try draining the water out through the opening in its adjustable spot light. Let the rocks dry out for a 2-3 days, but leave the solar panel in a place where it can charge. Turn the lights back ON; if they work properly, they are fine. If they are not working, you can dispose the Solar Rock Light in a standard rubbish container. Just be sure to remove batteries first, and dispose at an authorized hazardous material / e-waste collection center. Please DO NOT put batteries in normal trash.
