If the ceiling lights flicker and stop working, do I have to replace the whole product?

First, check if the light is installed correctly according to our installation instructions. The flickering may be due to an incompatible dimmer switch, faulty wiring connections, or faulty light switch. If the light starts blinking after the dimmer is installed, and the dimming works, there is a high possibility that there is a problem with the dimmer. A momentary blink might happen by dead spots on the dimmer switch by corrosion. However constant blinking may occur due to improper installation of the light fixture.

If none of the aforementioned symptoms are what is causing the flickering light, then it is likely a faulty component in the fixture. KODA does not provide repair parts, so you must replace the entire fixture with a new one. If you are within the 5-year warranty period, replace the product through KODA’s customer service team.
