1. Your notifications on your smartphone may be disabled
2. Your motion sensor on your Koda LightCam may be disabled.
Open the Koda app > select LightCam and select your security camera > tap Camera Settings > adjust the Motion Trigger Range bar based on your preferred motion sensitivity to Shortest, Short, or Longest.
Note: If the Motion Trigger Range bar is set to off, you will not receive motion notification alerts even if it is enabled in your phone’s device settings.
3. Make sure your Koda LightCam firmware is up to date.
Open the Koda app > select LightCam and select your security camera > tap Device Settings > tap Upgrade, if a new firmware is available for download.
Downloading updated firmware may take a while depending on when you last updated the firmware and WiFi download speeds.
