Deleting the Koda app does not stop reoccurring payments to your Koda Vault subscription. You must unsubscribe from each Koda Security Camera with Motion-Activated Floodlight in order to stop payments.
If for some reason you are not able to log into your Koda account anymore, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address you originally used to sign up for your Koda app. Only the owner of the account can make changes to their account details.
